Helping You Find Balance, Strength, and Emotional Well-Being

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating relationship challenges, managing stress or burnout, grieving a loss, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can provide a place to pause, gain perspective, and begin moving toward meaningful change.

Reaching out can feel like a big step. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.

Meet Stephanie

Welcome to my page. I’m so glad you’re here!

As a Registered Psychotherapist, I’m passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where you can be open about your experiences and feel accepted for who you are.

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to bring curiosity, compassion, and clinical expertise to the process while helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and what you need to move forward.

Our work together will be guided by your goals and shaped around what matters most to you. We may look at patterns that are getting in the way, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical tools to help you navigate challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients in a variety of settings, including elementary and secondary schools, post-secondary education, community mental health, and private practice. For the past several years, I’ve provided virtual psychotherapy to adults and youth across Ontario, making care accessible from the comfort and privacy of home.

“Every day may not be good, but there is something good in every day.”
— Alice Morse Earle

My Approach

I believe therapy works best when you feel truly heard, respected, and understood. Rather than telling you who you should be or what you should do, I aim to help you recognize your strengths, make sense of your experiences, and find approaches that feel authentic to you.

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and evidence-based. Together, we’ll consider your unique story, recognize patterns that may be holding you back, and build skills to create lasting, meaningful change.

Depending on your individual needs and goals, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including:

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Your experiences, strengths, and goals are unique, and our work together will reflect that.

Why This Work Matters to Me

I find this work deeply meaningful because I’ve seen how powerful it can be when someone has a place where they can be fully themselves—without judgment, pressure, or the need to have all the answers. Therapy can create space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have become difficult to access. It’s a privilege to be part of that process and to witness the courage, growth, and self-discovery that can emerge along the way.

My hope is that you leave our work together not only with practical tools for navigating life’s challenges, but with a stronger sense of self, greater confidence in your own abilities, and a clearer understanding of where you want to go next.

Together, we’ll identify your goals, explore obstacles that may be standing in your way, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion.

Outside the Therapy Room

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature, staying active through sports, photography, board games, and making memories with family and friends.

I’m a proud assistant coach to our local women’s basketball team. I also have a deep love for animals and appreciate the grounding they bring to everyday life.

As a mother of two young daughters, I understand that life is often a balancing act. Motherhood continues to deepen my appreciation for self-compassion, resilience, and the importance of caring for ourselves while caring for others.

Ready for the Next Step?

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honoured to support you.

Therapy is an opportunity to better understand yourself, strengthen your resilience, and reconnect with what matters most. Together, we’ll create a space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward lasting change.
